Buckingham Palace One day of our time in London we decided to go to Buckingham Palace and see the changing of the guard. It happened to be a beautiful day (for most of it, anyway) which made picture taking a pleasure. It also allowed us to be able to stand the 45 minutes we managed to spend waiting for, then watching part of, the changing of the guard. While in the area we also stopped in the art gallery of which I cannot, unfortunately, remember the name. The exhibit we saw included some works of art of various British Royal's. We also toured the Royal Mews, and of course, sat through some of the changing of the guard. |
